Reviews from Clients

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellations have had excellent reviews from both The Better Business Bureau (BBB) and The Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). The BBB has had 53 reviews, and The BCA has had 24. We recognize this is a relatively low number of reviews to go off of as Trustpilot has not reviewed this company. However, on both of these sites, they have close to five stars. Most have claimed that they were helpful in exiting their timeshare agreements in a very small time frame.

“I started the process in February and it was completed by June” – Sherri S.

“Everyone has been extremely helpful” – John J.

“My experience with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation was excellent!” – Sadhana B.

Many of the clients were pleased with their free consultations and efficiency in the process. Even with many businesses slowing as a result of COVID-19, many of the positive reviews have been recent, displaying a commitment to their clients even through difficult times. The one downside is that there still have not been as many reviews to base a conclusion as some other timeshare exit companies.

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellations is a timeshare exit company located in Orlando, Florida. They are willing to do business globally and claim to have a 100% guarantee in timeshare cancellation. They offer a free consultation for potential clients before they start their process. Additionally, a unique aspect of their company is that they have a credit and risk management program to see if they can assist in cleaning up clients’ credit. They state that they are the only exit company bonded, licenced, and insured with the United States. Their business is largely referral based, a potential reason for fewer online reviews from other sources. For proof that they have completed timeshare exit agreements in the past, they have put example documents  of past successes on their website (see link below). To give prospective referrals a better idea of their process, they have outlined it as such:

  1. Setup and Onboarding – Clients will complete contracts, pay service fee, be contacted by the company, and complete any other essential documents
  2. Dispute and Demands Commence
  3. Continue to Build Case – Typically a 6 to 9 month period
  4. Cancellation of Timeshare Agreement

If the cancellation process does not result in clients exiting their timeshare, they have a 100% money back guarantee. They do not have potential fees listed on their website but our research predicts that it could range from around $3,000 to $5,000. They will somewhat operate on a case to case basis, but they will not upcharge you compared to other clients if your case may be a bit tricky.

Sapphire Timeshare Cancellations is a company that we would recommend having a consultation with. It is a free process, and it could be a good option for those looking to exit their current timeshare. They have had excellent reviews where available. Our reservations with the company only come with the fact that they neither have been rated by nor have been accredited by the BBB. Additionally, they do not have any reviews from Trustpilot as many of the other timeshare exit companies do. This may be because they largely use referrals for attracting new clients. Overall, we think this is a great potential option for exiting your timeshare.
